YNR MMA Ankle Supports are polycotton foot-and-ankle sleeves supplied as a pair for kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA and general martial-arts training. The lightweight pull-on design covers the ankle area while leaving the toes and much of the foot free for movement on suitable training surfaces.
Available in S/M and L/XL, the supports are offered in Black, Pink, Red and Grey.

Pull each support into position so it sits evenly around the ankle without bunching. The fit should feel secure but should not cause numbness, tingling or restricted circulation. Make sure the support does not interfere with safe footing on the training surface.
