Shipping Policy
We normally dispatch orders within 1 working day after cleared payment. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day may be dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm are normally dispatched on the next working day.
United Kingdom Delivery
Royal Mail 1st Class, 0–150g: £2.99
Royal Mail 1st Class, over 150g up to 2kg: £3.99
Royal Mail 1st Class, over 2kg up to 6kg: £4.99
DPD Guaranteed Next Day, eligible orders up to 30kg: £11.99
Free Standard Shipping on qualifying UK orders of £30 or more
Standard UK delivery is generally expected within 2–3 working days after dispatch. DPD Next Day is subject to the stated 2pm weekday cut-off and carrier service availability.
International Delivery
International shipping rates are calculated according to destination and parcel weight and are shown at checkout before payment.
Standard shipping to selected international destinations starts from £10.49.
Worldwide standard shipping starts from £14.99.
Free standard international shipping is available on qualifying orders of £149 or more, where the destination is supported.
Express international delivery is available for selected destinations and eligible parcel weights, with rates starting from £29.99.
International standard delivery can typically take 1–3 weeks depending on destination, customs and carrier conditions. Express services to selected destinations are generally targeted at 2–3 business days after dispatch.
