Key points:

• Orders are sent out within one working day after payment is cleared.
• Order processing and shipping days are from Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed before 2 pm are sent on the same working day, and orders placed after 2 pm are sent on the next working day.
• Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, and DPD Next Day for express delivery (extra cost).
• NOTE: Custom orders take 5-6 weeks to deliver.
  
• For international orders, Royal Mail or Parcel Force is used, and delivery can take 1-3 weeks.
