The YNR Sport Fitness Leather Kneeling Grappling Dummy is a Black and Red unfilled training dummy for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, MMA and other grappling-based martial arts. Its kneeling human-shaped design provides a consistent training partner for solo repetition of positional movement, transitions and controlled technique drills.
The dummy is made from leather and is available in 4ft, 5ft and 6ft options. It is supplied unfilled, allowing the customer to choose and distribute suitable soft filling material according to the preferred firmness.

Use the dummy for controlled solo practice on a suitable training surface. Inspect seams and outer material regularly and stop use if damage exposes the filling. Wipe clean as appropriate for leather and allow it to dry naturally.
