The straight human-shaped format is designed for repeatable solo practice where a consistent training partner is useful for movement and technique repetition.
It is available in 4ft, 5ft and 6ft sizes and in multiple colour combinations.

Care & Use
Use on an appropriate mat or training surface and inspect the canvas and stitching before each session. Keep the dummy dry in storage and stop use if the outer material or seams become significantly damaged.
