Its canvas body can be used for controlled solo drills and is designed with a standing/hanging configuration for users who require a more upright training position.
The range is available in 4ft, 5ft and 6ft sizes with several colour combinations.

Use only clean, soft and dry filling such as old clothing, towels, shredded textiles or suitable polyfill. Distribute filling evenly and avoid hard, sharp or hazardous materials.
Hanging & Safety
If the dummy is suspended, the support point and all connecting hardware must be suitable for the fully filled weight and dynamic movement created during training. Inspect the dummy, support point and attachments before every session. Use on a suitable training surface and stop use if seams or canvas are damaged.
