The YNR Cable Machine Stirrup Handles are supplied as a pair for use with compatible gym cable and pulley systems. Each attachment combines a silicone grip with a steel connection ring, providing a single-grip handle for rows, presses, curls, extensions and other cable-based strength exercises.
Because the handles are separate, they can be used together for bilateral exercises or individually where the machine and exercise setup permit.
