YNR Double-Ply Knee Sleeves are supplied as a pair for powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding and general strength-training sessions. The double-ply construction is designed to provide firm physical support around the knee during exercises such as squats and other lower-body movements.
The sleeves are available in S/M and L/XL sizes and in Black/Blue or Black/Red colour combinations. Their simple pull-on format makes them easy to include in a regular lifting kit.

Fit & Use
Select the closest suitable size and pull each sleeve evenly into position so the knee can move normally. The sleeve should feel supportive without causing numbness, tingling or restricted circulation.
Important Information
Knee sleeves are training supports and do not prevent all injuries or replace appropriate technique. Stop use if pain or swelling increases. Inspect the fabric and seams regularly and replace the sleeves if they become torn or excessively stretched.
